Castor Oil Packing: Saturate wash cloth and place over abdomen or other area such as liver (right upper quadrant), armpits, back, knees etc. Apply heat in the form of a warm heating pad or wash cloth to support absorption and leave in place for 20 minutes. Rinse off in shower and repeat weekly as needed.
